  • We can only ship to the USA.
  • Receiving time = Processing time +Shipping time

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All in-stock items are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 weeks after order confirmation.
  • Tracking Information: Tracking details will be generated within 1 business day after your order enters our processing queue, ensuring you are kept informed of your shipment status.
  • Pre-Ordered or Backordered Items: For pre-ordered or backordered items, processing and shipment will occur within 2–4 weeks once the item becomes available.

  • USPS:5-7DAYS
  • SF:5-8 DAYS
  • DHL:3-5 DAYS

Order Changes After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected. Please do not refuse delivery of undamaged shipments. Refusal of delivery may result in restocking fees, return shipping charges, and may affect refund eligibility.

Post-Delivery Inspection & Claims

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To help ensure your order arrives in proper condition, please review the following guidelines:

  • Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
  • Any claims for shipping damage or product defects must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt.
  • Please retain all original packaging and packing materials until the item has been fully inspected and confirmed to be in proper working condition. Original packaging is required for returns and is strongly recommended for any claims related to transit damage.
  • For freight deliveries, any visible damage must be clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery prior to signing.
