If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns as long as the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Return Policy

U.S. customers may return products to our U.S. warehouse:

Return Period
Non-quality-related products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Used products cannot be returned. Returned items must be unused and kept with original tags and packaging. Product Warranty
We guarantee that all our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect occurs within the warranty period and a valid claim is received by our customer service team, we will provide repair, replacement, or new parts at no cost, including all shipping fees. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been installed or used.
- The product is physically damaged or modified.
- The electrical parts have been altered.
- The item is not returned in its original packaging.
- Parts or accessories are missing.
- The product has been changed in any way that affects resale.
Return Label
If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please print and securely attach the label to the outside of the return package. For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, not suitable, no longer needed), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Policy
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the replacement product of your choice.
Tip: The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the current item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
If the product has a quality issue, IPLUS Lighting will cover all return shipping costs.
For any other reasons (e.g., “I don’t like it,” “It doesn’t fit,” or “It’s not my choice”), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned package.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We guarantee that your refund will be processed accurately and promptly.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and detailed shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
