A: Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1.Whether a dimmable or adjustable speed wall control is used.
Is the light bulb installed correctly?
2.Whether the light bulb is a good light bulb/whether a dimmable light bulb is used.
3.Check the wiring (light panel wiring, receiver light wire).
4.Confirm whether it is a receiver failure or a lamp failure.
Fans FAQS
A: Yes. Many IPLUS ceiling fans are a good fit for smaller rooms, especially low-profile and flush-mount styles. These designs help save ceiling space while still adding airflow and light. Compact fans can also be a great choice for bedrooms, breakfast nooks, hallways, or home offices where you want comfort without making the room feel crowded.
A: Blade material depends on the model. Some IPLUS fans use real wood blades, while others use MDF blades with a wood-grain finish. For example, the 56 inch Louise fan lists wood blades, while the Eden smart fan lists MDF blades with a maple wood grain finish on one side.
A: According to the IPLUS shipping policy, in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 weeks after order confirmation. After processing, general shipping time depends on the carrier: UPS and DHL 3 to 5 days, USPS 5 to 7 days, and SF 5 to 8 days. IPLUS currently says it ships only within the USA.
A: Yes, but the return has to meet the policy requirements. IPLUS says non-quality-related returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. The fan must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with original tags and accessories. Installed, used, altered, or damaged products are not accepted for standard returns.
A: Many do, but not every fan has the same control setup. The 52 inch Double-sided Blades Smart Ceiling Fan includes remote control and app control through eWeLink. The Eden smart fan also supports remote control and app control, but it uses FanLamp Pro instead. Control features can vary by model, so it is worth checking the product page.
A: IPLUS says its fans use precision-balanced blades to help prevent wobble and describes its controls as having quiet speed steps. Noise levels can still vary by model. For example, the 52 inch smart fan lists 38 dB, while the Louise fan lists 49 dB. So the quietest choice depends on the exact fan you choose.
A: Yes, for selected models. IPLUS offers custom downrods with a 1 inch diameter. The company says custom production is about 20 days for 18 inch, 24 inch, and 36 inch downrods, and about 1 month for a 48 inch downrod. If ordered with a fan, the fan ships first and the downrod ships separately when ready.
Lighting FAQS
A: IPLUS uses a mix of metal, glass, and natural-looking materials depending on the fixture. On its lighting collection pages, IPLUS highlights solid brass, hardwood, natural stone, rattan, fabric, and hand-spun metal. Individual products also show specifics, such as iron and glass, iron and rattan, or wood beads paired with metal frames.
A: Blade material depends on the model. Some IPLUS fans use real wood blades, while others use MDF blades with a wood-grain finish. For example, the 56 inch Louise fan lists wood blades, while the Eden smart fan lists MDF blades with a maple wood grain finish on one side.
A: Both show up in the lineup. Some fixtures use real woven rattan, hardwood, natural stone, or wood beads, while others use painted or stained finishes that create a wood-toned look. For example, IPLUS pendant and vanity collections specifically mention rattan, hardwood, natural stone, and textiles, not just faux surface effects.
A: It depends on the fixture type. Many pendants, wall sconces, and vanity lights use standard E26 sockets, while a number of chandeliers and decorative pendants use E12 candle-style sockets. Product pages list the socket clearly, so it is worth checking before ordering bulbs. That matters if you want dimmable bulbs or a specific bulb shape.
A: Some are, and some are not. A good example is the 13 inch 3-light brass gold semi-flush mount, which is marked not dimmable. By contrast, the Jasper vanity light is designed to work with dimmable E26 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. So dimming is model-specific, not a standard feature across all IPLUS lighting.
A: Yes, many of them can. IPLUS product and collection pages often mention adjustable rods, adjustable chains, or flexible hanging kits. For example, the Virgil rattan pendant includes a 47 inch rod, and several chandeliers list adjustable chains. IPLUS also notes that some chandelier designs can work with vaulted ceilings and sloped-ceiling adapters.
A: Some are, but not all. Bathroom and vanity collections include damp-rated options, and certain vanity lights specifically say they are safe for moisture-prone areas. Other products are clearly marked dry location only, especially many pendants, chandeliers, and ceiling lights. Always check the location rating before installing a light in a bathroom or near moisture.
A: IPLUS says standard delivery usually takes about 7 business days, and its About Us page says its U.S. distribution setup supports delivery in about 2 to 5 days. The shipping policy also says IPLUS ships within the USA and asks customers to inspect packages right away and report shipping damage or defects within 5 business days.
A: IPLUS generally allows returns within 30 days, as long as the item is unused and in the original packaging. For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping; for quality issues, IPLUS says it covers return shipping. The warranty page states most lighting fixtures have a one-year limited warranty, with some light-kit coverage varying by fixture.
