IPlus provides this limited warranty to the original purchaser of this lighting fixture in the original installation location. Thank you for choosing IPlus!

How to get warranty service?

Proof of purchase is required when applying for warranty service. The original purchaser must present a sales receipt or other document proving proof of purchase. IPlus may accept gift receipts at its sole discretion. For service, please contact us online or by mail: Support@ipluslighting.com

What does this warranty cover?

Light Fixture
Limited Lifetime Warranty

If your lighting fixture fails due to defects in material or workmanship while you own the fixture, as determined solely by IPlus, IPlus will provide you with a replacement fixture free of charge. The above limited warranty applies only to the lighting fixture itself and does not apply to electronic controls used with the fixture, such as remote control transmitters, remote control receivers, or dimmer modules.

Other Parts
One Year Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in this warranty, if any part of your IPlus lighting fixture fails due to a defect in material or workmanship at any time within one year from the date of purchase, as determined solely by IPlus, IPlus will provide it free of charge.

Light Kit / Bulbs
Warranty may vary

The light kit is covered by a one-year limited warranty. However, you may qualify for additional warranty coverage if your fixture includes: LED Light Kit Module – One Year Limited Warranty. If your LED light kit module or LED bulb (excluding glass components) fails due to a defect in material or workmanship at any time within one year from the date of purchase, as determined solely by IPlus, IPlus will provide a replacement free of charge.

If a replacement product/part is not available for your fixture within 60 days, we will provide a comparable or higher quality replacement product/part at IPlus’s sole discretion.

What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not cover any costs or expenses (including electrician fees) associated with labor required to install, remove, or replace the lighting fixture or any fixture component. Remote control batteries are not warranted; fixtures purchased or installed outside the United States; fixtures owned by someone other than the original purchaser; fixtures for which proof of purchase has not been established; fixtures purchased from unauthorized dealers; ordinary wear and tear; minor cosmetic defects; refurbished fixtures; fixtures damaged by any of the following: improper installation, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow IPlus instructions, accidental damage by fixture owner or related parties, fixture modification, inappropriate voltage supply or surge, use of inappropriate parts or accessories, failure to provide fixture maintenance, or force majeure (e.g., flooding).

THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR CLAIMS OF ANY KIND RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN. IPlus shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from product failure, whether due to breach of warranty, breach of contract, or otherwise. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to this product are limited to the extent of the applicable limited warranty above.
